Meet the Director
Bolaji Akindele is a visionary and dedicated leader in the realms of education and child development. Her educational background includes a Higher National Diploma (HND) in Business and Finance from Southwark University in London, and a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Early Years Childhood Studies from the University of London Metropolitan. With a dynamic and spiritual approach, she combines her profound insights with a strong commitment to education and child development.
Bolaji is the founder of Buzykidz, a thriving nursery located in Bushey, Hertfordshire, UK, which provides nurturing and comprehensive early childhood education up to the reception age. Her vision for Buzykidz is to create a loving and stimulating environment where young children can grow and develop essential skills.
Extending her influence beyond the UK, Bolaji, in collaboration with her brother, Mr. Michael Bankole, established LAWNET International School in Abeokuta, Ogun State, Nigeria. The school, which launched in September 2023, reflects her commitment to providing high-quality education and fostering the next generation of leaders. LAWNET International School is already making a significant impact by offering a robust curriculum that combines academic excellence with character development.

The story that started it all.
A first-hand account of the dream that became Lawnet International School.
Michael Gbenga Bankole's journey has been characterized by a selfless spirit and a desire to bring out the best in others. Born in Lagos and raised in Ilupeju Estate, he developed a passion for volunteering with local charities, serving on the board of Mountain Wisdom Inc., an organization dedicated to providing enriching outdoor experiences for teens.
Michael's academic pursuits led him to California State University Northridge in the suburbs of Los Angeles, where he earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Business Law, followed by an MBA in Accounting. His professional career spanned over a decade in Corporate Accounting and Real Estate, but his fascination with coaching and mentoring young people remained evident.
Driven by his passion for mentoring and coaching, Michael co-founded LawNet International School with his sister, Mrs. Akindele.
Beyond his professional endeavors, Michael cherishes his role as a family man, deeply committed to his loved ones. He and his family are active members of a local church, and Michael is involved with TriQbe, a men's organization focused on fostering honor, selflessness, commitment, integrity, and learning to serve humanity.
